This Acceptable Use Policy defines the standards of conduct expected from all KA$H users. Violation of this policy may result in account suspension, termination, and/or legal action.
KA$H is intended solely for:
- Personal financial goal tracking and projection
- ETF portfolio monitoring and reference
- Educational exploration of savings and investment concepts
Users may not:
- Use KA$H data to create or distribute false, misleading, or fraudulent financial representations
- Misrepresent KA$H projections as guaranteed financial outcomes
- Use the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity
- Share, publish, or commercialize KA$H data without written authorization from KASH Corporate Solutions LLC
- Attempt to access other users' data or compromise platform security
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers on the platform
- Impersonate KA$H, its staff, or other users
Users are solely responsible for all data entered into the platform. KA$H does not verify the accuracy of user-entered financial data. Misuse of platform-generated content — including presenting projections as investment advice or guaranteed returns to third parties — is strictly prohibited.
KA$H reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts in violation of this policy without prior notice
- Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities
- Pursue civil legal action for damages caused by policy violations
Misuse of the KA$H platform or its data that results in financial harm to third parties, damage to KASH Corporate Solutions LLC's reputation, or violation of applicable US law may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
