Access KA$H
Open your browser and go to kashsolutions.us — no installation needed. Works on desktop, tablet and mobile.

Sign In
Option A: Click "Sign in with Google".
Option B: Enter email and password — click "Create free account".

Subscribe to KA$H Pro
Click "Subscribe KA$H Pro" — $9.99/month. Secure payment via Stripe. Cancel anytime.

Set Up Your Profile
Click the 👤 Profile button in the top right. Fill in: First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth. Email and client number are generated automatically. Click "Save Profile".

📌 Your Client Number is unique and permanent. Format: MMYYXXXXX (e.g. 0526 00247 = May/2026). Use it when contacting support.

Open the Form
In the Overview tab, click "+ New Project".

Fill in the Fields
Name: e.g. "Emergency Fund"
Goal ($): total amount — e.g. $1,000
Annual Interest Rate (%): estimated return — e.g. 7%
Start Date / End Date: define the timeline
Fee ($/month): platform fee (e.g. Acorns $3.00). Zero if not applicable.
Risk Profile: Conservative, Moderate or Aggressive.

Create the Project
Click "Create Project". The recommended daily contribution is calculated automatically using compound interest.

📌 You can create multiple projects — each with its own goal, rate and timeline.

Select the Project
Click the project tab in the navigation bar. Scroll down to "Add Contribution".

Fill in the Date
Amount ($): e.g. $5.00
Date: the actual contribution date (can be backdated).
Note (optional): e.g. "Coffee savings", "Paycheck".

Confirm
Click "Add Contribution". History is updated immediately with estimated interest and accumulated balance.

⚠️ Deleted contributions cannot be recovered. Closed projects have contributions locked.

Access the Portfolio Tab
Click "Portfolio" in the navigation bar. Click "+ New Entry".

Fill in the Date
Entry Date: actual purchase date.
Ticker: e.g. VOO, QQQ, IJH, IJR.
Shares: quantity — e.g. 0.0102.
Price/Share ($): price paid per share on purchase date.

Track Performance
Click "Save Entry". Use "🔄 Refresh" to update quotes. The app shows: current value, gain/loss in $ and %, and today's variation.

Adding More Shares
When you buy more shares, use "+ Add Shares" on the ETF card. The app calculates the difference and updates automatically.

📌 Portfolio data is saved in the cloud — accessible from any device where you log into KA$H.

Access the Project
Click the project tab. Scroll to the bottom — click "🔒 Close Project".

Define the Balance Source
YES → uses the current Portfolio ETF balance.
NO → uses the estimated balance with interest calculated by the app.

Choose the Action
Transfer: balance goes as a contribution to the destination project.
Withdraw: documents that the amount was withdrawn.
Pending: decide later — waits for bank consolidation.

Adjust Transferred Balance
In the destination project, the contribution is marked with a TRANSFER badge. Click ✏️ to adjust the value when the balance consolidates in your account.

📌 Closed projects remain in history and cannot be deleted. Their data is preserved permanently.

        ⚠️ Multiple accounts tip: If you use multiple Google accounts or different browsers, make sure you're signed into the correct account before accessing KA$H. Each browser stores its own session independently.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KA$H ("the Service") at kashsolutions.us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KA$H is a financial projection and goal-tracking tool. It provides estimated calculations based on user-defined parameters. KA$H is not a licensed financial advisor and does not provide investment advice. All projections are estimates only.

3. Subscription and Billing

Access to KA$H Pro requires a subscription of $9.99/month, billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in ways that could damage, disable or impair the Service.

5. Date and Privacy

Your data is stored securely via Supabase. KA$H does not sell your personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. KA$H does not guarantee accuracy of financial projections. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

KASH Corporate Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

🔒 PRIVACY POLICY

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, date of birth, and financial projection data (project goals, contributions, portfolio entries). We also collect authentication data via Google OAuth or email/password through Supabase.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the KA$H Service: to display your financial projections, calculate estimates, and maintain your account. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Date Storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (AWS us-east-1). All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Row-Level Security (RLS) ensures only you can access your own data.

4. Payment Date

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. KA$H does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

5. Date Sharing

We do not sell, trade or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Service (e.g. Supabase for storage, Stripe for payments).

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting kash@kashsolutions.us. Date deletion is processed within 30 days.

7. Cookies

KA$H uses minimal session cookies required for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

8. Children's Privacy

KA$H is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
