KA$H is a financial projection and goal-tracking platform operated by KASH Corporate Solutions LLC ("KA$H", "we", "our", "us"), accessible at kashsolutions.us. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
- Account data: first name, last name, date of birth, email address
- Profile data: street address, city, state, ZIP code, tax declaration status
- Financial projection data: goals, contribution history, ETF tracking entries
- Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe — KA$H does not store card numbers or sensitive payment information
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, cookies, usage logs
- To provide and maintain the KA$H platform
- To calculate and display financial projections
- To process subscription payments via Stripe
- To sync your data across devices via Supabase
- To communicate service updates and support responses
- To comply with legal obligations
KA$H uses the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Supabase — secure cloud database and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
- Plaid — optional bank/brokerage connection for portfolio sync (subject to Plaid's Privacy Policy at plaid.com/legal) [PLAID INTEGRATION PENDING]
- Yahoo Finance — market data reference (public data only)
If you choose to connect a brokerage account via Plaid, you authorize KA$H to receive read-only access to your investment positions for display and comparison purposes only. KA$H does not execute trades, transfer funds, or store your banking credentials. Your connection is subject to Plaid's Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time through your profile settings. Plaid integration requires a valid US financial account. International users with SSN or ITIN may also connect eligible US accounts.

KA$H permits users aged 16 and older. Users between the ages of 16 and 17 must have a parent or legal guardian as a co-signer on their account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 16. If we become aware that a user is under 16 without proper co-signer authorization, we will terminate the account immediately.
