KASH is a financial projection and goal-tracking platform operated by KASH Corporate Solutions LLC ("KASH", "we", "our", "us"), accessible at kashsolutions.us. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
- Account data: first name, last name, date of birth, email address
- Profile data: street address, city, state, ZIP code, tax declaration status
- Financial projection data: goals, contribution history, ETF tracking entries
- Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe — KASH does not store card numbers or sensitive payment information
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, cookies, local storage, usage logs
- To provide and maintain the KASH platform
- To calculate and display financial projections
- To process subscription payments via Stripe
- To sync your data across devices via Supabase
- To communicate service updates and support responses
- To comply with legal obligations
KASH uses the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Supabase — secure cloud database and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
- Plaid — bank/brokerage connection for portfolio sync (subject to Plaid's Privacy Policy at plaid.com/legal)
- Yahoo Finance — market data reference (public data only)
If you choose to connect a brokerage account via Plaid, you authorize KASH to receive read-only access to your investment positions for display and comparison purposes only. KASH does not execute trades, transfer funds, or store your banking credentials. Your connection is subject to Plaid's Privacy Policy. Plaid integration requires a valid US financial account. International users with an SSN or ITIN may also connect eligible US accounts.
You may disconnect your linked brokerage account at any time directly within the KASH platform (self-service), or by contacting us at kash@kashsolutions.us.
KASH permits users aged 16 and older. Users between the ages of 16 and 17 should have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 16.
Age and guardian consent are not independently verified by KASH at this time; by creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal data we collect and how it is used
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data
- Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

KASH is a financial projection and goal-tracking tool. The platform allows users to create savings goals, track contributions, monitor ETF portfolio positions, and view market reference data. KASH does not manage funds, execute trades, or provide personalized financial advice.
- You must be at least 16 years of age to use KASH
- Users aged 16–17 should have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian
- By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements; age and guardian consent are not independently verified by KASH at this time
- International users acknowledge that Plaid integration and US brokerage sync require a valid US financial account with SSN or ITIN
- KASH Pro subscription: $9.99/month standard price
- New subscribers may be offered an introductory rate of $6.99/month for the first 3 months via a promotional code; the subscription then automatically continues at the standard $9.99/month rate unless cancelled
- Payment is processed exclusively via Stripe
- KASH does not accept cash, checks, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or any other form of payment
- Subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings
- Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle
- No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
You agree not to:
- Use KASH for any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresent financial data within the platform
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the platform
- Use KASH data to mislead, defraud, or harm third parties
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action under applicable US law.
All financial decisions made based on KASH projections are solely your responsibility. KASH provides tools and reference data — not advice. The platform does not guarantee any financial outcome.
KASH reserves the right to pursue legal action against users who misuse the platform, generate or distribute false or misleading financial information derived from platform data, or engage in any conduct that damages the platform, its users, or KASH Corporate Solutions LLC.
All content, design, code, and branding within KASH are the exclusive property of KASH Corporate Solutions LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
KASH is provided "as is." KASH Corporate Solutions LLC is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

All investment and financial decisions are made solely by the user. KASH bears no responsibility for outcomes resulting from decisions made based on platform data or projections.
Users are encouraged to consult a licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney before making investment decisions.
This Acceptable Use Policy defines the standards of conduct expected from all KASH users. Violation of this policy may result in account suspension, termination, and/or legal action.
KASH is intended solely for:
- Personal financial goal tracking and projection
- ETF portfolio monitoring and reference
- Educational exploration of savings and investment concepts
Users may not:
- Use KASH data to create or distribute false, misleading, or fraudulent financial representations
- Misrepresent KASH projections as guaranteed financial outcomes
- Use the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity
- Share, publish, or commercialize KASH data without written authorization from KASH Corporate Solutions LLC
- Attempt to access other users' data or compromise platform security
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers on the platform
- Impersonate KASH, its staff, or other users
Users are solely responsible for all data entered into the platform. KASH does not verify the accuracy of user-entered financial data. Misuse of platform-generated content — including presenting projections as investment advice or guaranteed returns to third parties — is strictly prohibited.
KASH reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts in violation of this policy without prior notice
- Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities
- Pursue civil legal action for damages caused by policy violations
Misuse of the KASH platform or its data that results in financial harm to third parties, damage to KASH Corporate Solutions LLC's reputation, or violation of applicable US law may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. KASH also uses browser local storage, a similar technology, to help the platform function correctly and remember your session and preferences.
- Local storage (Supabase authentication): KASH primarily uses browser local storage — not cookies — to keep you logged in via Supabase and to store your session across visits. This is required for the platform to function.
- Local storage (app state): used to store sync status, cached market data, and display preferences.
- Plaid Link: when you connect a brokerage account, Plaid's widget (loaded from cdn.plaid.com) may set its own cookies during the connection flow, governed by Plaid's Privacy Policy.
- Payment cookies: during checkout, Stripe may set cookies to process your subscription payment securely, governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
KASH does not use:
- Advertising or tracking cookies
- Third-party behavioral profiling cookies
- Cross-site tracking cookies
