By accessing or using KA$H at kashsolutions.us you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
KA$H is a financial projection and goal-tracking tool. The platform allows users to create savings goals, track contributions, monitor ETF portfolio positions, and view market reference data. KA$H does not manage funds, execute trades, or provide personalized financial advice.
- You must be at least 16 years of age to use KA$H
- Users aged 16–17 require a parent or legal guardian as co-signer
- By creating an account you confirm you meet these requirements
- International users acknowledge that Plaid integration and US brokerage sync require a valid US financial account with SSN or ITIN
- KA$H Pro subscription: $9.99/month
- Payment is processed exclusively via Stripe
- KA$H does not accept cash, checks, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or any other form of payment
- Subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings
- Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle
- No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
You agree not to:
- Use KA$H for any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresent financial data within the platform
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the platform
- Use KA$H data to mislead, defraud, or harm third parties
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action under applicable US law.
All financial decisions made based on KA$H projections are solely your responsibility. KA$H provides tools and reference data — not advice. The platform does not guarantee any financial outcome.
KA$H reserves the right to pursue legal action against users who misuse the platform, generate or distribute false or misleading financial information derived from platform data, or engage in any conduct that damages the platform, its users, or KASH Corporate Solutions LLC.
All content, design, code, and branding within KA$H are the exclusive property of KASH Corporate Solutions LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
KA$H is provided "as is." KASH Corporate Solutions LLC is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
